Amazing experience! We loved working with Maria on the purchase of our new home in Edina, MN. Maria took the time to truly understand what we were looking for in a house. Her real estate expertise, coupled with her design and remodeling background, gave her valuable insights on the market and on the craftmanship and quality of the homes we toured. As a first time home buyer trying to navigate this insane housing market, I had no idea what to expect. It probably didn’t help that I came to Maria with a long list of wants and an even smaller radius that I was willing to consider. Maria was transparent with where the market was at, she was patient with all my questions and while it isn’t the most important feature in a realtor, she is also really fun to tour houses with and I think that working with someone positive and fun who also knows how to go to battle once you find the place you want - made this process a lot more enjoyable.

Scott and His team built out an office in an unfinished corner of our basement and also Remodeled our Bathroom. Using MSP Construction was the best decision I have made since we purchased our House almost 6 years ago. They did a FANTASTIC job on both projects, but also provided expertise on both and were able to add on odd jobs like Ceiling Fan installation, Light Fixtures etc into the quote. The job was done in a very timely manner, the quote came in MUCH lower than the other quotes that we received and the final bill was identical to the original quote. From Start to Finish, MSP Construction delivered for me and saved me a ton of money and most importantly took the stress out of the projects. I will certainly use them again on any future projects that I need done.

Scott and team did a total gut and remodel of our laundry room and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They walked us through the process from start to finish and helped create an incredibly functional design to maximize the space. Great quality and attention to detail. I would highly recommend!

Scott does excellent work. He redid our downstairs level and gutted a bathroom/ created a bedroom. He has a keen eye for design and great attention to detail. Because of his design we were able to maximize the space we had in a fashion we hadn’t thought of. His team was professional, easy going, and hard working. We LOVE the work Scott did on our home.
