We sit down with you — both Scott and Maria — to understand how you use your kitchen, what frustrates you about the current layout, and what your dream kitchen looks like. Maria's design background means you get real design guidance, not just a contractor's opinion.
Space Planning & Layout
Scott evaluates the structural possibilities — load-bearing walls, plumbing locations, electrical capacity. Maria designs the new layout optimized for the kitchen work triangle, traffic flow, and your specific cooking habits.
Material Selection
We guide you through cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and fixtures. Maria has preferred vendor relationships that give you access to premium materials at better prices than retail.
Detailed Proposal
You receive a line-item proposal with no hidden costs. We break down labor, materials, permits, and contingency so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Demolition & Rough Work
Scott's crew handles demo, framing, plumbing rough-in, and electrical. We protect the rest of your home and maintain a clean, organized jobsite throughout.
Installation & Finishing
Cabinets, countertops, tile, appliances, fixtures, and trim — installed in the right sequence by the right tradespeople. Scott is on-site daily to ensure quality.
Final Walkthrough
We walk through every detail together. Any punch-list items are resolved before we consider the project complete. You get a warranty on all workmanship.
