Scott assesses plumbing locations, ventilation requirements, and structural constraints. We identify opportunities to reconfigure the layout for better function without unnecessary cost.
Material Selection
We guide you through tile, vanity, fixtures, mirrors, and lighting. We have preferred vendor relationships with access to premium materials at competitive prices.
Detailed Proposal
A line-item proposal covering all labor, materials, permits, and contingency. No surprises. You approve every change order before work proceeds.
Demolition & Rough Work
Demo, waterproofing, plumbing rough-in, electrical, and backer board. This phase is done right — waterproofing is non-negotiable in every MSP Homes bathroom.
Tile, Fixtures & Finishing
Tile installation, vanity, shower glass, fixtures, mirrors, and accessories — installed in sequence by experienced tradespeople. Scott inspects every phase.
Final Walkthrough
We walk through every detail together and resolve any punch-list items before calling the project complete. 2-year workmanship warranty included.
